Fairfield County Youth Baseball Association

Prior to 1978, youth baseball in Fairfield county was managed by our local YMCA.

In 1978, an 11 member board was formed, which became Fairfield County Youth Baseball Association (FCYBA), a non-profit organization serving all the children of Fairfield County.  We shared the diamonds at Miller Park with men's and girl's softball for many years.

In 1996 we started investing and saving our money.  In 2004, with the help of Fairfield National Bank, we were able to secure a loan to purchase 38.6 acres at 3223 Tschopp Rd. Lancaster, OH.  43130.

After 5 years of hard work from volunteers, we moved to our new ballpark full time in 2009.

In 2010, we joined the Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken Organization.  they are a nationwide organization dedicated to enhancing the baseball experience of all its members.

In 2011, we started an All-Star team that is derived of exceptional players from our rec. league.  These select players compete in Cal Ripken sanctioned tournaments.  With the end goal of playing in the World Series.  In 2012 our 11U Warhawks won the Ohio State Championship.  They competed in Elizabethtown, Ky  at the Elizabethtown Sport Park.  The sports park is a $26,000,000.00 park.  Our Warhawks were the first baseball team to play on those fields.

In 2016 we left the Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken Organization.
